Angela_Bassett

Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15, 1961) was an American actor. Her work has been recognized for TV and film since the late 1980s she has received various accolades such as two Golden Globe Awards and sixteen NAACP Image Awards in addition to nominations for two Academy Awards and seven Primetime Emmy Awards. Bassett was born at Winston-Salem North Carolina, raised by an aunt in New York New York. Bassett's mother had split from her father when she was approximately five. Her younger sister later relocated from the city of St. Petersburg Florida with their mother. Bassett was in high school when was able to see James Earl Jones staring John Steinbeck play Of Mice and Men and knew that her dream of being an actor had come true. She went to Yale University New Haven Connecticut and graduated with a bachelor's degree (1980) in African American studies and a master's degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance met her at Yale In 1997, they were married. Qualification: B.A. at Yale's School of Drama. conferred the degree of Master of Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett in the year. She was a student at the institutions that she attended: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for 7th graders, Azalea Middle School for 8th and 9th grades and Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett is currently working in one of the lead characters in the film Ramonda in the action-adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
